The Story
After an unsuccessful marriage and countless short-lived dating relationships, I began to question possible reasons of why couples have a difficult time staying together. When polling many of my friends, both male and female, I kept hearing the same complaints over and over. It appeared that most of their relationship problems were attributed to taking each other for granted, being too busy in their jobs or simply not doing the little things for each other that are so important to sustain a relationship.
My research also included reading numerous relationship and self-help books in trying to discover "the secret" to a successful and happy relationship. What I discovered is that the sexes are "wired" differently and that men and women respond to different things. Most women crave romance. And it´s not that men don´t want to be romantic, most just don´t know what to do other than to send flowers. There are thousands of books on the market which give great ideas but reading books can be a little overwhelming and time-consuming. I developed "The Little Things" Romance Game, particularly with men in mind because it "breaks down the book" into smaller pieces and proves that romance isn´t difficult.....it´s actually very easy and doesn´t take a lot of time out of your busy schedule. Every suggestion is very tasteful and is also non-gender specific. And every suggestion is either free or very inexpensive to perform which is even more important in these tough economic times.
